The Opportunity
A couple of founders created a machine learning and predictive analytics product to optimize homeowner's expenses. We engaged with them to develop a product strategy for the launch and executed a marketing campaign.
Our Approach
We worked with the management team as strategic advisors and served as an Interim Head of Product Marketing Director to develop the brand strategy, value proposition, product messaging, and go-to-market playbook. We managed the execution with the founders, and project managed the rollout of the website and marketing campaigns (direct mail, paid search, and social media).

The Opportunity
The Chief of Staff of a marketing organization was looking for a learning framework that managers and employees could utilize in their respective roles. The marketing enablement team was very lean and they needed to put together a process that could be used across different teams and geographies. Having worked with us in the past, the Chief of Staff called us in to help.
Our Approach
We worked on designing and implementing this project for 6 months. We helped to define the objectives and rebuilt the training repository. We developed the strategy and created a learning playbook that defined roles and responsibility, the medium of engagement, and success metrics. We optimized the existing process to increase engagement and align the regional teams.
Results
The Opportunity
This client organizes 9 - 11 events per year that host about 700 attendees. The challenge was to improve the attendee's satisfaction score and create a repeatable process. Since these events were also hosted in different countries, the process had to take into account the different norms and customer expectations.
When we first started to work with the team, it was made clear that the team was lean and satisfaction was decreasing
Our Approach
We began by conducting discovery to identify key themes and refining the existing workflow. We rebuilt the registration site and touchpoints as well as refined their messaging. We worked with the event managers to identify and source certain activities to vendors. In conjunction with key stakeholders, we established best practices across all regions and teams.
Result
The Opportunity
This client was interested in hosting a workshop for its senior leaders to identify areas to improve efficiencies and develop an annual plan. We were recommended to the VP of Marketing to help plan and facilitate this workshop.
Our Approach
We worked with the key partners to establish the objective of the workshop and put together the pre-work, readings, case studies, lists of key terms, visual materials, and quizzes. We organized group activities and consolidate all key findings.
